Fractal Leadership

I have the great pleasure in working with Hari Karam Singh. He is a graduate from Princeton in Physics with a deep, innate spiritual outlook on life. The more that he and I chat over our cups of Tea, the more we realise that Fractals are the framework for the leadership of the future.

Already fractals as a concept are impacting our lives: the internet for one is very fractal. The ever increasing access to information is changing the way successful organisations need to be structured. We are leaving behind the days of the pyramid headed by an amorphous figurehead who controls his/her members via an invisible hand of command. Successful organisations in the modern information era will need to empower their members to function independently while remaining within the ethos of the whole.

In short, when one is aligned, no rules are required; when one is not aligned no rules will make him or her so.

Fractals are the mathematics of which describe nature. For the complex systems of a leaf to develop properly, no recourse to higher authority is required. Despite this, each leaf develops in a way that is similar and successfully suited to assist in the growth of the tree as a whole.

Fractal Leadership is a course that Hari Karam Singh and I have developed so that you too can learn how to harness this natural phenomenon for your organisation to thrive in the new era. It's very conceptual, very creative and, like everything I'm involved with, very pragmatic. Most of all, I see this as the embodiment of bringing a Regally Graceful™ approach to leadership.
