Meditation in the Park |

 I'm really excited about Meditation in the Park when I will be teaching and leading the meditations. It's all held in Russia Dock Woodland, London's best kept secret green space where Millie and I go daily for our walks. There are prizes for the healthiest, most delicous picnic too. Do come along and join us on Sunday 28th June.
