Yoga at the Farm

I am part of the team teaching regular Kundalini Yoga classes each week at the Surrey Docks City Farm, London SE16.  It's the most beautiful setting, right by the river Thames.  When I'm teaching I can see the glowing lights of Canary Wharf on the opposite side of the river through one window and the sheep and goats behind me.  Sometimes the local fox sits outside the window.  It is extraordinarily peaceful and still here, a reflection of where we can go within ourselves.

Audio Guided Kundalini Yoga Kriyas

In October 2009, I taught Kundalini Yoga at the Oneness Experience, London and afterwards recorded an audio guided version of the Kundalini Yoga Set which you can download as our gift here.  It's the set that I choose to do most mornings.  The music which accompanies it was especially written by Hari Karam Singh.
