Audio Guided Kundalini Yoga Kriyas
I do still teach Kundalini Yoga, usually as one-off intensives and these are posted on this web site. In October 2009, I taught Kundalini Yoga at the Oneness Experience, London and afterwards recorded an audio guided version of Kundalini Yoga Set which you can download as our gift here. It's the set that I choose to do most mornings. The music which accompanies it was especially written by Hari Karam Singh.
Yoga at the Farm
My partner, Hari Karam Singh, teaches a regular Kundalini Yoga class each Sunday morning at the Surrey Docks City Farm, London SE16. Find out more at www.yogaatthefarm.com.

What to Expect in a Class at Pineapple
For information about Kundalini Yoga in general, visit the "What is Kundalini Yoga" page on this website.
The classes are suitable for beginners as well as those who have attended other classes or wish to attend a class on a regular basis. It is not necessary to have practised yoga before.
The classes are open to both men and women.
We start promptly and latecomers are not admitted. When I am unavailable to teach I arrange for another qualified Kundalini Yoga teacher to teach the class.
Monday evening's class sets the theme for the week day classes. The Thursday evening class often includes a longer meditation.
All classes of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan have a similar structure. We start by tuning in and then have an introduction to the theme of the class. Then we do a Kundalini Yoga Kriya (series of exercises), followed by a relaxation. We conclude with a meditation.
The information presented is intended for general knowledge and not as medical advice. Please inform the teacher if you have any medical condition and of any other relevant information.
Music is an integral part of the class. Kundalini Yoga uses

- postures (body positions)
- mantras (sound vibrations)
- mudras (hand positions)
- mental focus
- and relaxation
Mats are provided by Pineapple although you may wish to bring your own. Wear loose fitting clothes and bring a shawl to wrap up in during the relaxation. It is not normally advisable to eat within two hours of the start of a class.
